Eric James is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Technical Manager at The National Food Lab, Inc. since August 2019. With prior experience as Technical Manager at Eurofins and Covance, Eric has a strong background in building client relationships and managing cross-functional teams of food scientists and engineers. Eric’s expertise extends to contract R&D services with the International Food Network and significant roles in product development at Mars and Cadbury Schweppes, where a focus on innovation in chocolate products was paramount.
