Blair Ware

Blair Ware has a diverse work experience spanning a wide range of industries. Most recently, they worked as the Events & Corporate Engagement Manager for the National Forest Foundation, where they played a key role in leading forest conservation efforts and promoting responsible recreation for the benefit of the American public. Prior to that, Blair was a Pharmaceutical Program Manager at S Phase, overseeing various pharmaceutical programs. Blair also gained experience as a Swiss Army Knife at Hawaii Forest & Trail, where they contributed to various operational and administrative tasks. Before that, they served as the Development Director for the American Heart Association, focusing on fundraising initiatives. Blair also worked as a Fundraising Coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and as a Marketing & Special Events Coordinator for Goodwill Industries-Knoxville, Inc. Blair started their career as an Alumni Relations/Business Incubator Coordinator at the University of Tennessee and later as a Trade Show & Corporate Events Manager at the Utah State University Research Foundation. With a blend of event management, fundraising, and program coordination experience, Blair has developed a strong skill set in planning and executing successful projects.

Blair Ware obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications related to the hospitality industry. These certifications include Certified Hospitality Supervisor from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in October 2009, SERVLEAD (Service Leadership in a Multicultural Workplace) from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation in August 2009, Hospitality Sales and Marketing from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in December 2008, and Customer Service from the National Restaurant Association in September 2008.
