Sara Chambers Ross

Sara Chambers Ross is a seasoned professional in social work and management, currently serving as Registered Manager at National Fostering Group since April 2021. Prior to this, Sara held the position of Head of Quality and Performance at Compass Community for a brief period in early 2021 and spent over five years at Capstone Foster Care, progressing from Area Director to Regional Director for the Midlands. In addition to extensive managerial roles, Sara has worked as an Independent Business/Social Work Consultant, a Regional Service Manager for The Children's Family Trust, and various leadership positions at Foster Care Associates.
