Isha Khan

Isha Khan is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in employee and industrial relations, recruitment, policy development, training, and performance management. Currently serving as Executive Manager Human Resources at The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago since January 2018, Isha has also held various HR roles in organizations such as Export Centres Company Limited and Metal Industries Company Limited, where leadership in collective bargaining and grievance handling was emphasized. Additionally, Isha's earlier experience includes positions at SM Jaleel Company Limited and CARIRI, focusing on employee relations and administrative duties. Isha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Arthur Lok Jack GSB and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of the West Indies, with ongoing M.Phil studies in the same institution.
