Louise Swales

Louise Swales has extensive experience in museum and entertainment operations, starting their career in Merlin Entertainments Group as a Senior Operations Manager. Louise then moved on to work at the Royal Marines Museum as the Finance, Personnel & Trading Manager before joining the National Museum of the Royal Navy as the Museum Operations Manager, and eventually becoming the Head of Operations.
