Enas Refaei has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Enas started their career as a Freelance Translator/Producer at ITN in 2012. Enas then worked as a Reporter and Producer at BBC, where they reported on local issues and pitched, edited, and did live reporting for national and local radio. In 2013, Enas joined Bauer Media as an Entertainment Reporter before moving on to ITN as a Producer in 2014. Enas then joined Twitter as a Moments Curator in 2016. From 2017 to 2020, Enas worked at Dataminr, where they held multiple roles, including Research and Development Project Manager, Middle East Domain Expert, and Associate Middle East Lead. Enas later joined NBC News as a Lead Producer in 2020 and News UK as a Senior Producer in 2021. In 2022, Enas became the Head of Short Form at ITN Productions, and in 2023, they assumed the role of Head of Multimedia at The National News.
Enas Refaei completed their education with a Post Grad degree in Broadcast Journalism from the London University of Arts in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Arabic with Development Studies from SOAS University of London from 2004 to 2008. In 2006-2007, Enas attended Damascus University, where they completed a one-year Arabic program focusing on Arabic Grammar, Pre-Islamic Poetry, Colloquial, and Modern Arabic Literature.
