Matete Sichizya

Matete Sichizya, CA, currently serves on multiple boards including Marcopolo Tiles Company Ltd and Zambia Forestry and Forest Industries Corporation Plc while holding the position of Director Investments at THE NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME AUTHORITY. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Sichizya was previously Chief Financial Officer at Klapton Reinsurance and Sanlam Life Insurance Zambia Limited, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Prudential Life Assurance Zambia. Additionally, Sichizya co-founded Kula Projects LLC, focusing on turnkey residential construction projects for Zambians in the diaspora. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The Copperbelt University, ACCA certification, and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Insurance and Pensions Management at the University of Lusaka.
