Rhoda Ndhlovu has over a decade of experience in customer service and business continuity, currently serving as a Customer Services Officer and Business Continuity Coordinator at the National Pension Scheme Authority since January 2014. Rhoda also held the role of Acting Supervisor KYC and worked as a Customer Services Clerk with the organization. Prior experience includes working as a loan consultant at Blue Financial Services from November 2007 to November 2008. Rhoda holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Lusaka, completed between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich, obtained in 2016.
