Dianne Black

Dianne Black is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at the National Trust for Scotland since April 2021. Prior to this role, Dianne was involved in various positions, including looking for new opportunities from September 2020 to April 2021, and managing IT service delivery at Singula Decisions for 14 years, where responsibilities included overseeing the IT service desk and supporting both internal and external customers. Dianne also worked as a Cancer Researcher for the DreamLab app and held roles at Forbo Nairn and Hewlett-Packard, focusing on engineering cost administration and senior consultancy, respectively. Early career experience includes system operations roles at Compaq Computer Corporation, managing server and network monitoring. Education was completed at Glenwood High School.
