Robert Bissoon

Robert Bissoon is a Facilities Manager at ibex and the Office of the Prime Minister of Jamaica. Prior to these roles, Robert worked as an Environmental Engineer at Isratech Jamaica Limited and in the wastewater department at the National Water Commission. Robert holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and a master's in Public Health from the University of Liverpool.
