Emily Meals

Emily Meals has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Emily is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at The Nature Conservancy, where they are responsible for creating innovative solutions to global conservation challenges. Previously, Emily worked at DaVita Kidney Care in various roles, including Director of Recruiting, Senior Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Manager, Leadership Recruiter, and Recruiter. In these positions, they oversaw recruiting strategies for a large team, filling thousands of jobs annually. Prior to that, Emily held roles at Adecco as a Branch Manager and Client Services Manager. Emily also worked at Machine Head Sound Design and Music as a Music Production Coordinator. Overall, Emily's experience demonstrates their expertise in talent acquisition, leadership, and diverse industry knowledge.

Emily Meals earned a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
