Milutin Lakicevic

Milutin Lakicevic is currently serving as the Development Contact for The Nautical Institute Montenegro Branch, a non-governmental organization focused on promoting professionalism and safety in the maritime industry. Milutin holds the position of Associate Fellow at Luka Bar and is a member of the Board of Directors at TRI BULK SHIPPING LTD. A seasoned maritime professional, Milutin has held various roles, including Master and Maritime Officer, at Navegadora Transpacifica S.A, Barska plovidba AD, and the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs Montenegro. Milutin's educational background includes ongoing doctoral studies in Maritime Management and Logistics at the University of Montenegro, along with a Master of Science in Management in Traffic and Communications from Adriatic University and other relevant maritime qualifications.
