Stephanie Rich has over 20 years of experience in marketing and content development. Stephanie served as the Senior Director of Marketing & Content Development at The Navigators, where they oversaw national marketing content and managed the Disciple publication and weekly email campaigns. Prior to this, Stephanie was the Director of Marketing & Content Development at The Navigators, where they planned and oversaw external marketing content and directed video stories for brand development. Stephanie also worked as the Donor Stewardship Director at The Navigators, leading the creation of ministry impact stories and resources for donor cultivation. Stephanie started their career as a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager at CSK Marketing/Branding Agency, specializing in helping non-profit organizations with branding and marketing. Stephanie also worked as a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager at Focus on the Family, managing high-level marketing accounts and implementing branding strategies. Stephanie's experience also includes roles as the Marketing And Public Relations Manager at MOPS International, where they managed marketing projects and ad space for a membership program and MomSense magazine. Stephanie began their career as a Bookstore Manager at Glen Eyrie Castle & Conference Center and an Advertising Coordinator at NASCAR.
Stephanie Rich obtained their Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University in 2022-2023. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism from Oregon State University in 1998.
