Cynthia Cherry McCormick, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 35 years of experience in human resources. Cynthia is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at The net.America Corporation since November 2021. From 2017 to 2022, Cynthia served as a Human Resources Manager at EXCEED Corporation. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Human Resources Consulting from 2015 to 2022 and as a Consultant at Johnson Harris Company from 2014 to 2022. Cynthia's extensive career also includes the role of Director of Human Resources at MedStar NRH from 1987 to 2013 and Human Resources Coordinator at Synergy from 1985 to 1987.

Cynthia Cherry McCormick, SHRM-CP, PHR, has a strong educational background in Human Resources Management. From 2000 to 2002, they attended the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Later, from 2007 to 2017, they returned to the University of Maryland Global Campus and focused on Human Resources Management. In addition to their education, Cynthia has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2011, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management and the PHR certification from the Human Resources Institute. Cynthia also obtained a certification from the Human Resources Institute in 2017 under their own name.
