Ahmad Haj Hamdo

Ahmad Haj Hamdo is an experienced journalist and media professional with a strong background in investigative reporting. Currently serving as a مراسل for the Global Investigative Journalism Network since January 2022, Ahmad has also held the position of Reporter at The Guardian since July 2017. As a Co-Founder of the Syrian Investigative Reporting Unit since November 2016 and an Editor at The New Arab since July 2015, Ahmad has contributed significantly to the media landscape. Additionally, Ahmad has been an Investigative Reporter for ARIJ Network since January 2014. Ahmad holds a bachelor's degree in media from Damascus University, Faculty of Media.
