Maike van der Linde

Maike van der Linde is an experienced professional in coaching and talent management, currently serving as Coach & Trainer and Talentmanager at The New Crew since October 2018. Previous roles include Teamleider Publiekscatering at AZ Alkmaar from April 2010 to May 2019, Trainer/Coach at 2KNOWHOW from October 2017 to August 2018, and InterCoach at the Ministerie van BZK in early 2017, where the focus was on colleague coaching for government officials. Maike also worked as a Trainer for a Social Skills Lab at the University of Amsterdam in 2016, supporting psychology students in developing professional conversational skills. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Training and Development and another MSc in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie from the University of Amsterdam, alongside a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in the same field. Maike van der Linde completed secondary education at Murmellius Gymnasium Alkmaar from 2006 to 2012.
