Laura Nudd

Laura Nudd is an experienced operations and finance professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Central Operations Manager for Retail and Finance at Pieminister since October 2021, Laura also holds the position of General Manager at The New World Trading Company since August 2020. Previous roles include Retail Finance at Pieminister from February 2019 to August 2020, and several management positions at Carluccio's from May 2006 to February 2019, along with being General Manager at Café Rouge from January 2003 to April 2006. Laura Nudd holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed in 2001, and received education at Beaconsfield High School from 1992 to 1998.
