Rachael Hamlin

Rachael Hamlin has over 20 years of experience in digital advertising operations and training within the media industry. Currently serving as a Salesforce Knowledge Champion at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK since September 2016, Rachael previously held multiple roles at Gannett | The News-Press Media Group, including Digital Advertising Operations, Optimization & Training Manager, Technology Implementation Specialist, and Community Involvement Liaison. Earlier experience includes working as a Training Facilitator at LYNX Services from 1998 to 2004. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Florida SouthWestern State College, as well as two Associate of Arts degrees from Edison State College and Edison State Community College.
