Emma Routledge

Emma Routledge has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and Talent. Emma worked as the Head of HR and Talent at The Newt in Somerset since October 2018. Before that, they held the position of Area HR Manager at RBH from September 2017 to October 2018. Prior to that, Emma worked at Q-Hotels from July 2007 to September 2017, starting as an HR Manager and later becoming a Regional HR Manager. Emma also had a working holiday in New Zealand and Australia from January 2006 to July 2007. Earlier in their career, Emma served as an HR and Training Manager at Jurys Doyle Hotel Group, Jurys Great Russell Street Hotel in London, and as a Personnel and Training Manager at Jurys Inn Manchester.

Emma Routledge holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (CIPD - level 7) from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they completed between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Salford between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, they are also a Chartered MCIPD, certified by CIPD in 2008.
