Vivian Robledo

Vivian Robledo has extensive experience in educational leadership and teaching. As the Executive Director of The Next Step Public Charter School, Robledo oversees operations and strategic direction. From January 2020 to August 2022, Robledo served as an Adjunct Professor at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, teaching introductory education and graduate-level classroom diversity courses. In the Bethlehem Area School District from October 1998 to February 2022, Robledo held multiple roles, including Director of Student Services and Minority Affairs, Supervisor of Student & Community Engagement, Assistant Principal of High School and Alternative School Principal, and Elementary Assistant Principal, demonstrating a strong commitment to student support and community engagement. Additionally, Robledo started a career in education as a Middle School Counselor, laying a solid foundation in student advocacy and development.
