Mshrm Garrett Lyman

Garrett Lyman, MSHRM, serves as the Sr. HR Generalist at The Night Ministry since February 2023, supporting over 100 staff in a nonprofit dedicated to serving Chicago’s homeless community. Previously, Lyman was a Human Resources Generalist at PTS Corp., where responsibilities included end-to-end HR services for multiple dispensaries in the cannabis sector. Lyman also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Healthcare Alternative Systems, Inc., and held HR management roles at the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, overseeing HR functions for diverse teams. Earlier experience includes senior project management at Corporate Facility Solutions and extensive trading experience at the Chicago Board of Trade and Mid-America Commodities Exchange. Garrett Lyman holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Kansas School of Social Work.
