Carlos R. Flores

Carlos Flores is NORDAM’s vice president, manufacturing sales, leading the company’s pursuit of new business and expanding existing relationships to meet growth objectives for this important business segment. Flores plays a major role in developing a diverse base of international customers across numerous aerospace market segments; manages multiple-channel selling strategies; and builds and leads the OEM sales team. He assists with new prospect development, and in aligning pricing and negotiation strategies to market conditions.

His career as a marketing and business development professional has spanned more than ten years with the company, including positions in public and customer relations, pricing and proposals, and sales and marketing specific to aviation manufacturing. Notably, from 2004 to 2005, Flores served as business liaison and communication specialist for NORDAM founder and Chairman Ray Siegfried, enabling Siegfried to continue business leadership and productivity while battling ALS.

Flores previously managed a multi-million dollar, regional benefactor portfolio of some 200 alumni, parents and friends of his alma mater, the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana. He is a past committee member and event emcee for Tulsa Charity Fight Night, and a past board member for Youth Services of Tulsa and for Committee of 100, Tulsa Inc. He earned a bachelor’s in political science from Notre Dame and a master’s in finance from the University of Tulsa.
