Yaveline Aly

Yaveline Aly, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at The Norfolk Companies since August 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Recruitment Specialist at Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC from March 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies and managing recruitment processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at BAMSI from September 2015 to March 2018, providing support in candidate screenings and onboarding processes, and beginning a career as a Human Resources Intern. Yaveline Aly holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Bridgewater State University, earned between 2017 and 2019, and a BBA from the same institution from 2016 to 2018, in addition to a Business Transfer degree from Massasoit Community College from 2013 to 2015.
