Ryota Kuritani

Ryota Kuritani currently serves as an Assistant Product Manager in the Business Innovation Department at Norinchukin Bank, focusing on mobile app planning and development. Previously, Ryota worked at MUFG, contributing to the Communication Monitoring System as a PMO and leading the Happiness Engagement Team, which represented 200 members and aimed to enhance employee satisfaction. Additionally, Ryota has experience in regulatory compliance under Basel III, internalization of approval systems, and project management within the Data Strategy Division. A graduate of Kansai University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Ryota is pursuing an MBA in finance strategy at Hitotsubashi University.
