Rob Grzeszczak

Rob Grzeszczak began their work experience as a Staff Consultant and later Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting from 1990 to 1993. Rob then worked as a Senior Consultant at Heron, Inc. from 1993 to 1995, where they focused on implementation and integration projects. Following this, Rob joined First Union in 1995 as Vice President and Manager, overseeing international systems. Rob joined The Norman Group in 1997 as President and Managing Partner. Overall, Rob has a strong background in consulting and management roles within the financial industry.

Rob Grzeszczak attended Wake Forest University from 1996 to 1998 where they obtained their MBA degree. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1990, they attended Davidson College and completed their BA degree in Economics.
