Hans Olav Hellem

Hans Olav Hellem currently serves as Interimleder administrasjon at Deichman bibliotek/Oslo Public Library, with responsibilities in administration, finance, and property management as part of the leadership team. Hellem has extensive experience in human resources and process management, holding roles as HR-rådgiver and Director People & Processes at NoA - The North Alliance since January 2020, and as Director People & Processes at Making Waves since October 2010, where the focus is on developing HR strategy and improving internal processes. Previously, Hellem was Managing Director and Director Projects at Making Waves Polska from November 2001 to May 2009 and Director Projects at Adcore from June 1997 to October 2001, specializing in project portfolio management and competence building. Hellem began a career as Produkssjef at IPOS from 1990 to 1997 and holds a Cand Mag degree in Informatikk from the University of Oslo, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
