Hortense Carlier

Hortense Carlier is an experienced leader in product merchandising and management within the outdoor and sports apparel industry. Currently serving as the Product Merchandising Director for EMEA at The North Face since March 2024, Hortense previously held the position of Director of Global Merchandising and Product Management at icebreaker from October 2021 to March 2024. Prior roles include Senior Product Merchandising Manager and Team Leader at The North Face, Product Line Manager for Apparel Snowsports at INTERSPORT International, and Junior Product Line Manager for Apparel and Gear at Salomon. Hortense holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Business Management from ICN Business School and has a strong foundation in strategic direction, product lifecycle management, and consumer-driven decision-making in competitive markets.
