Caroline Pearce

Caroline Pearce, CPA, CMA, is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance Projects at The North West Company since July 2005, Caroline has also held roles such as Financial Systems Manager, where significant contributions included overseeing PeopleSoft upgrades and integrations. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Accounting at the Canadian Down Syndrome Society and various positions in property management and independent contracting. Additionally, Caroline held roles at Winnipeg Software Company, KPMG Canada, Faneuil Hall Research, and Angus Reid Global, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of full cycle accounting, financial reporting, and management advisory services. Caroline's education includes certifications from CMA and Oracle University, along with degrees from the University of Manitoba and RRC Polytech.
