Currently, Sweyn holds roles at The HiveMind Network and Blue Gyre Consulting while previously serving as Head of Project Management Guild at AXA Partners, where leadership encompassed a global community of over 140 project managers. Notable achievements include overseeing a €120 million global project portfolio at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, leading initiatives to simplify processes and implement agile methodologies.
