Catherine Horan

Catherine Horan has a diverse work experience history. Catherine started their career at Greater Building Society as a Branch Supervisor, where they managed branch operations and conducted performance reviews. Catherine then moved to the University of Newcastle (UON), Australia, where they held various HR roles such as HR Administrative Officer, Human Resource Advisor, and HR Business Partner. In these positions, Catherine developed workforce strategies, provided HR support and advice, managed recruitment processes, and supported performance management. After UON, they worked at Lendlease as an HR Business Partner, before joining The NRMA as the HR Manager, General Manager of Human Resources (Corporate), and eventually becoming the Chief People Officer.

Catherine Horan obtained a Master of Human Resource Management degree from the University of Newcastle, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, from 2011 to 2013.
