Latasha N. Baxter

Latasha N. Baxter, MSN, CRNP-A has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Lurie Surgical Services. This was followed by their role as a Nurse Practitioner at Clinical Radiologists, S.C. from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they performed various procedures such as Flouro guided LPs, US guided paracentesis and thoracentesis. In addition, they provided inpatient and outpatient Interventional Radiology consultations and follow-up. In 2011, they joined Adventist Health Care - Shady Grove Medical Center, where they served as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Bariatric Program Director until 2015. Later, they took on the role of Clinical Nurse Manager PCU & Telemetry until 2017. Currently, since 2016, Latasha holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Nurse Practitioner Group, LLC.

Latasha N. Baxter, MSN, CRNP-A earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University at Buffalo, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) in Adult Health Nurse/Nursing from the same institution. Additionally, in April 2006, they obtained the certification of Adult Nurse Practitioner from the ANCC.
