Nicole Ayres

Nicole Ayres is a dynamic entrepreneur and creative leader with extensive experience in founding and managing innovative companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Jauntboards since April 2023, Nicole promotes a future of work centered on AI-powered lean teams. As Founder of Jumpsuit since April 2016, Nicole has cultivated a collective of independent professionals. Additionally, Nicole is a Founding Member and Podcast Host at The Octopus Movement, starting in June 2024. Previous roles include Content Director at Dfuzr Industries, Creative Director at BAREFOOT, and Chief Content Officer at Urbanist Insider, among others, highlighting a strong expertise in content strategy and creative direction. Nicole co-founded Kofenya Coffee as an undergraduate at Miami University, where an Education degree was earned in 2007.
