Mike Reynolds

As President, Mike Reynolds directs strategy and operations at O’Gara Armoring. He joined the company’s Ballistic Engineering department in 1998 and rose to the Vice President of Engineering before assuming his current role in 2017. Over the years, he played key roles in the acquisition, planning, and execution of various armor programs for the U.S. Military and Government agencies including HMMWV & FMTV underbodies, CAT heavy equipment, and commercial armored vehicles. Mike earned his B.S. in Materials Engineering and his M.B.A both from the University of Cincinnati.
