Christopher Keener is an accomplished Senior Researcher at The Ohio State University since September 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating lab development and leading the design of high power test facilities. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Design Engineer, focusing on the design and safety analysis of turbomachinery test facilities, and as a Graduate Research Student, conducting advanced studies on rotating structures. Prior to The Ohio State University, Christopher worked at GE Aerospace from June 2014 to November 2018 as a Design Engineer, managing critical rotating parts and supplier relationships, and as an Engineering Tools Engineer, developing virtual tools for engineering applications. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
