Matthew Busser

Matthew Busser, MPA, currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant at The Ohio State University since September 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Officer at the Supreme Court of Ohio, where responsibilities included payroll and benefits support for over 1,250 employees. Matthew also worked as a Human Resources Officer for Franklin County, overseeing recruitment and labor relations, and served as Office Administrator at CHEEK LAW OFFICES, LLC, enhancing operational systems. Early career experience includes serving as Regional Director for Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and as a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia. Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University and is currently pursuing a Master in the Study of Law at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
