Tom Lu

Tom Lu is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles, currently employed at The Okonite Company since 2010. Previous positions include serving as a temp packaging operator at Anderol Inc. and a product and supplier development engineer at Taurus International Corp., where responsibilities involved managing technical specifications, PPAP documentation for automotive suppliers, and conducting supplier audits. Tom Lu also worked as an industrial engineer at Alcoa Power & Propulsion, focusing on supply and demand analysis, manufacturing process improvements via Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Tom Lu holds both a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
