Diane Raffaele

Diane Raffaele serves as the Director of Human Resources for The Olayan Group in the US since March 2018, overseeing a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and wellness, and engagement. Prior to this role, Diane Raffaele held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Barclays Capital from September 2008 to March 2018, and served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Lehman Brothers from November 2005 to September 2008. Earlier in their career, Diane Raffaele worked as an Actuarial Consultant specializing in Pensions & Benefits at Mercer from January 2000 to October 2005. Diane Raffaele earned a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Boston University, where studies spanned from 1992 to 1996, and completed a graduate program at Boston University's Graduate School from 1994 to 1996.
