Brian Schermer

Brian Schermer is a seasoned recruiting and management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at The ONE Group since August 2020, Brian focuses on attracting top talent and providing management support. Previously, Brian held the position of General Manager at Alicart and Passion Food Hospitality, where a strong emphasis was placed on developing leadership teams and fostering a culture of trust and teamwork. Additionally, Brian has experience as Executive Chef and General Manager at Tuscan Grill, and was the Owner/Chef of Tazza Bistro, showcasing strong culinary and managerial skills. Brian holds a BA in Psychology from Evangel University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
