Afrin Chowdhury

Afrin Chowdhury is a Fellow at The Opportunity Network, selected for a prestigious career development program aimed at high-achieving students in New York. Afrin participates in a virtual data analytical skill and leadership program, in addition to serving on the Student Board of Directors, representing the Class of 2028. Previous experience includes being a Code Next Fellow at Google, an intern at Day One New York focusing on awareness of teen relationships and self-care, and a research intern at Tattered Exclusive investigating zero-waste fashion. Afrin also conducted research for the New York City Science and Engineering Fair on carbon sequestration. Education includes enrollment at Fordham University and participation in various leadership and coding programs, reflecting a strong foundation in data analysis and civic engagement.
