Michael Hartmann (Mike)

Michael (Mike) Hartmann is a seasoned financial analyst and accountant with extensive experience in real estate development and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Development & Investment Analyst at The Opus Group® since September 2012, Mike specializes in development project underwriting and financial analysis while supporting management decision-making related to capital and strategic planning. Prior experience includes roles as Principal at Blueprint Financial Consulting, LLC, where Mike provided comprehensive financial services, and as a consultant with Opus Northwest, focusing on real estate project underwriting and financial modeling. Earlier, Mike managed financial statement engagements for construction and real estate clients at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. Educational credentials include a Mini Masters in Investment Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Accountancy with a finance emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
