Lanae Johnson

LaNae Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development and program management. Currently serving as the Senior Program Officer for Black Student Success at The Oregon Community Foundation since July 2023 and as a Community Council Member for the Portland Children's Levy, LaNae has a strong background in building strategic partnerships and driving community impact. Previous roles include Community Impact Specialist at Portland General Electric, where collaboration with cross-functional teams promoted program strategies aligned with community goals, and managerial positions at the Coalition for Responsible Community Development, focusing on youth and education. Additional experience includes consulting for the AARP Foundation and outreach roles at AARP and Brotherhood Crusade. LaNae holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and African American Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
