Charlie Cuthbert

Charlie Cuthbert is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and client engagement. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at The Original Factory Shop since December 2020, Charlie oversees recruitment for retail, support center, and warehouse positions nationwide. Prior roles include Client Engagement Manager and Consultant at Detail2Recruitment, where expertise in the hospitality and catering sectors was developed, followed by a position as Talent Acquisition Partner at Turtle Bay Restaurants, managing recruitment for over 40 locations. Earlier experience includes a Recruitment Consultant role at Bee Recruitment, and marketing communications positions at SDL and Balfour Beatty plc. Charlie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Sheffield Hallam University.
