Alex Vignau

Alex Vignau has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at AAL Leasing LLC since September 2014 and at The Original Pancake House Dallas-Ft. Worth-Houston since February 2014. Previous positions include Restaurant Manager at Akilian Management Group LLC, where Alex managed the opening of Artin's Grill, and Captain at Stephan Pyles, where Alex was part of the opening team for Chef Pyles' flagship restaurant. Additional roles include Store Manager at Al's Formal Wear, Banquet Manager at Double Tree Hotel, Restaurant & Beverage Manager at Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, and Hôtel Concierge at Hôtel St. Germain. Alex holds various certifications, including Food Protection Manager Certified from the National Restaurant Association and Certified Food Manager from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
