Joseph Grenny is the co-chairman of Crucial Learning, a position held since 1990, and co-author of four New York Times best-sellers. Grenny serves as the chairman of the board for both The Other Side Village and The Other Side Academy, the latter being a peer-run residential school aimed at transforming the lives of individuals with histories of crime, homelessness, and addiction. In addition, Grenny is the chairman of Unitus, a nonprofit organization founded in 2000 focused on eradicating global poverty by providing access to microcredit loans, benefiting over 7 million individuals in recent years. Grenny's prior experience includes roles as regional director at Covey Leadership Center and president at California Computer Corporation. Grenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
