Keith Carpenter

Keith Carpenter has over three decades of experience in the IT field, currently serving as BT Lead for the Ottawa Region at the Ottawa Citizen since January 2015. Prior to this role, Keith Carpenter worked at Sun Media from April 1991, advancing through various positions including Corporate Technical Support, where responsibilities included providing IT support across multiple issues and managing a help desk, and System Administrator, focused on local IT support for Ottawa Sun. Keith Carpenter holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from CEGEP - de L'Outaouais Heritage Campus, completed between 1986 and 1989.
