Teresa Smith

Teresa Smith is an experienced reporter currently working at the Ottawa Citizen since 2012, where coverage includes a range of city-related topics such as art shows, political scandals, and labour issues. Prior to this role, Teresa worked at Postmedia Network Inc. as a parliamentary bureau reporter from June 2011 to May 2012, contributing significant national news stories. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Journalism with a specialization in Print and Broadcast from Concordia University, and also has a Montessori Casa Guide (AMI) degree from the Montessori Training Centre of British Columbia. Additionally, Teresa attended Simon Fraser University from 2001 to 2003.
