Delores Dobson

Delores Dobson possesses extensive experience in both educational and supportive roles, demonstrating a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and advocating for the needs of elderly clients. Currently serving as a Concierge at The Overlook Community and a Private Duty Companion at The Overlook Retirement Community since 2021, Delores previously held various teaching positions in Massachusetts schools, including Grade 2 Teacher and Kindergarten Teacher, applying differentiation strategies and collaborating with teams to enhance student learning, particularly for ELL students. Delores also worked as an Elder Companion and Advocate, providing emotional support, coordination of care, and companionship. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts/Early Childhood Education from Bay Path University and certificates in Gerontology and Healthy Aging from ALLEGRA Learning Solutions, highlighting a strong foundation in both teaching and eldercare.
