Dustin Barter

Dustin Barter is a Senior Research Fellow at ODI, focusing on humanitarian system reform and financing. Prior to this role, Dustin worked at the University of Cambridge as a PhD Candidate, Lecturer, and Consultant, specializing in political economy of natural resource management. Throughout their career, Dustin has held various roles at organizations like Oxfam, Christian Aid, and the United Nations Population Fund, working on advocacy, research, and communications in international development. Dustin has a diverse educational background, including a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.
