Josh Kincaid

Josh Kincaid is an experienced construction professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at The Pacific Companies since June 2023. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Project Engineer at Steed Construction, Inc. from March 2019 to June 2023 and as a Construction Engineer at Hansen-Rice, Inc. from April 2018 to February 2019. Josh began a career in construction at O'GRADY PAVING, INC. as a Laborer from June 2013 to August 2017, gaining hands-on experience while managing equipment deployment and material organization during college summers. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Boise State University, obtained between 2013 and 2018.
