Simon Day

Simon Day is a co-founder of The Cultured Collective and Wholesome Heroes, focusing on high-quality fermented foods and all-natural plant-based products, respectively. Alongside these roles, Day serves as an angel investor for various innovative food brands including Yummo's, THE PACK, My Emissions, Citizens of Soil, Bold Bean Co, and NICE. Previously, Day co-created the plant-based brand Squeaky Bean and held significant marketing roles at Winterbotham Darby & Co Ltd and oomi, an innovative seafood brand. Day holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School.
